License exclusions - listed below.  
As a filmmaker, there are certain rights which are typically excluded as part of your license agreement with the copyright owner.  Below is a list of some of the most important exclusions.
1.    You are not allowed to alter the fundamental character of the music or change the lyrics without permission.
2.    Not allowed to print the lyrics
3.    Not allowed to make foreign adaptations or translations of the music.
4.    Not allowed to use the title or story of the composition as the title or story of the film.
5.    Not allowed to have the viewer use the music interactively or non-linearally.
6.    Not allowed to use the name and/or likeness of the band or artist to promote the film.
7.    Not allowed to use the music in a film rated NC-17 or over particularly violent or sexual scenes.
